5th Street Station, a 465,000-square foot shopping center on 72 acres is an ongoing project for CEC that has involved site lighting/site work and up fits for Haverty’s and Verizon. 5th Street Station is one of Charlottesville’s newest shopping areas and the list of tenants is growing. CEC began this project in June 2015.
