Farmville Municipal Building

CEC once again partnered with Kenbridge Construction Company to complete this office building.  The project consisted of a three-story masonry and glass construction. It has a three-story clear front that will make it a signature building in the historic district of Farmville. The building will be used primarily as an office building. The lighting was designed for maximum use without glare. The project has a courtyard with brick pavers and low voltage landscape lighting. Project started in December 2005 and was completed in March 2007. Electrical project value: $675,000.
