Hampden Sydney, VA
Creative Electrical Contractors, Inc., partnered with W.M. Jordan Company, in the construction of a new Library at Hampden Sydney College. CEC furnished all materials and labor for a complete electrical installation as well as installation of all control components and pull all the cable throughout the building to each control device. The library was named after Walter M. Bortz, III, whom was the twenty-third president of Hampden Sydney College. The Library stays open for 24 hour period during exams so students can use the library at all hours. CEC began prepping for this project in November 2005 and it was completed in June 2007.
