Parkview Garden Apartments

CEC partnered with Community Housing Partners Corporation to renovate the Parkview Garden Apartments in Farmville, VA.  The project consisted of renovating 9 buildings that consisted of 80 total apartments and a community building that includes; an office, laundry room, community room with addition, as well as miscellaneous site improvements.  The project began in February 2011 and was completed in June 2012.
